Question:

Hi, is it refilling pen or the pen supposed to be steeped into the bottle? Does it need any special care after use? Thank you for answer

    Hi Karin,

The Drawing Gum Pens are not refillable. This bundle provides you with Drawing gum in a pen form and in a bottle. This give many ways of being able to apply the Drawing gum, from controlled fine lines in the bottle to being applied with a brush, Ruling pen or colour shaper depending on the effect you are after.

As with any masking fluid it works best if applied thinly. Apply to small areas as large areas of masking fluid can rip the paper when removed. Allow it to dry fully before adding colour, then ensure the paint is fully dry before removing the Drawing Gum.

A useful tool in removing masking fluid is a Maskaway eraser as it gently removes the Drawing Gum from the paper.

Do not leave the Drawing Gum on the paper for long periods - it should ideally be removed soon after the painting has dried, and not left for more than a couple of days.

    I hope this helps.
