Founded in 1992, the mission of the SAA has always been to inform, encourage and inspire all artists; over the years we’ve evolved making sure this inspiration is as relevant today as it was back then.

And with the ability to submit questions to be answered by our team of professional artists, we really are here to help you with your creative pursuits.

We invest in our people.  Our Customer Service Team are all trained by our in-house artist to help you get the best from the art materials you choose.  They are hands-on with materials and will offer a friendly voice when you call, helping you with whatever artistic pursuit you have in front of you.

Nothing excites us more than leaving our HQ in Newark-on-Trent, and meeting fellow creatives.  Whether that is at a large national art event, or something smaller at a more intimate venue, we’ll offer you an opportunity to hone your craft and get hands-on with some exciting painting equipment.
