The Chinese paper roll is made form Wenzhou Chinese Rice Paper. This is a thin, acid free, absorbent paper perfect for Chinese painting techniques, Calligraphy and drawing with Inks.

Is should be fine for printing with water based inks but oil based will leach into the paper.

Printing techniques like block printing, should be fine.

If the paper gets too wet, it will tear. When applying a wet paint to the paper you have to work out how much pressure and how long due to the very absorbent nature of the paper.
