3 questions: 1. Are these refillable? 2. Can the paint in them be interchanged with a different colour? 3. Can they be bought individually instead of in sets?

    Hi Eileen,

    These double ended markers are not refillable. They are filled with watercolor giving an opportunity to work with the medium in a new way.

    The highly pigmented, lightfast colours in the markers are constant throughout the whole Winsor & Newton range and are fully intermixable.
