  • Description
The first of a series of four workshops which give you the skills to produce beautiful paintings of birds and animals in acrylic. In this workshop you will start by learning how to paint fur that looks soft and thick. We will look at techniques for painting both long and short fur, and how to deal with patterned fur. Following on from this you will be given step-by-step tips on painting animal eyes. The ability to paint realistic eyes is the key to making your animal come 'alive'. The final subject of the day will be painting birds - feather types and the challenge of painting birds' feet.
