The Pulteney Art Society, Bath

  • The Pulteney Art Society, Bath5
  • Overview
The Pulteney Art Society was originally founded in 1994 as the Bath & District SAA Group. We are a friendly group of painters of mixed levels of experience who meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday afternoon each month in Central Bath. We currently have vacancies due to several resignations mainly related to health problems and would love to meet some new members from Bath and the surrounding areas. We do not have a tutor but help is always at hand. We arrange professional demonstrators from time to time. If you are interested in joining our small friendly group, please contact Cherry - [email protected] or phone 01225765322 for further information. Or just pop in to meet us during one of our meetings. We would love to meet you.
  • Information

We are a very friendly group of painters who meet together on 2nd and 4th Tuesday afternoon each month in the Percy Hall of the Bath Central United Reformed Church to enjoy our art in the company of like minded people.  We do not have a tutor, but advice and assistance is always at hand.  Sadly, we have recently lost some members dur to health related problems and would love to meet anyone at any level of experience  who feels they would like to join us. We have been in existence since 1994 when we were known as the Bath and District SAA Group and some of our original members are still part of the group.

Until recently we have held an annual exhibition and have also enjoyed some outdoor painting, weather permitting. We also invited demonstrators from time to time.
