These Winsor & Newton artists' quality Deep Edge canvases are made with medium grain 100% cotton stretched canvas.

The 13 ounce primed cloth is triple acrylic primed, acid-free and the frame has a depth of 38mm (approx 1 1/2").

The result is a canvas that offers tooth and balanced absorbency, for excellent adhesion and preventing the sinking of oil colour.

All Artists' Canvases are stapled on the reverse resulting in clean edges, to ensure that you can paint on all four sides.

Professional stretcher bars offer great strength and stability.

These artists' canvases are suitable for general use with oil (including water mixable), acrylic and alkyd colour.

They are available in a range of rectangular and square sizes.
