The young and talented artist Fraser Scarfe has quickly developed a name for himself on the British art scene. Frequently working on commissions and gallery work he is no stranger to the work of exhibitions.
Fraser grew up in Lincolnshire and he began his career as a landscape painter, drawing his inspiration from his charming Lincolnshire surroundings. Whilst living in Lincoln, where he was drawn to the culture and history of the city, Fraser explored new areas of interest and viewpoints, and became 'Artist in Residence' at Lincoln Cathedral in 2008. Also, in the same year, Fraser was awarded the title of SAA 'Artist of the Year' for his landscape pieces.
