Question:

Can this be used on watercolour paintings

The battery-operated eraser is most suited to remove graphite and softer dry mediums.

I have tried it with watercolour with little success. Great techniques for removing or lifting watercolours work well. Use a clean wet brush to lift of the colour and dap with some kitchen roll. Or the magic sponge will lift off colour including staining colours well. Just wet the sponge and ring out so the sponge is damp and gently apply to the watercolour to lift off the colour.
