Is this OK for all acrylic paint not just Interactive? Thanks.
The Atelier Interactive retarder has been designed to work with the Interactive Acrylics. The Interactive acrylic, unlike traditional acrylics can be reworked and reopened. The mediums have been designed to continue to allow the reopening of the Interactive Acrylics when mixing the medium with the paint.
The retarder can be used to slow down the touch drying time of the Interactive acrylics. This type of acrylic still becomes touch dry at the same rate a traditional Acrylic but unlike traditional acrylic you can re-wet and continue to re-work.
Though it may work with Traditional Acrylics it is always best practice to use a medium which has been designed for use with that product.
There are plenty of acrylic retarders or slow drying mediums available from other supplier which are designed to work with traditional Acrylics.
