Question:

Would these brushes work with acrylic?

Answers:

  • Posted by Customer Service on Friday, 2 February 2018

    Dear Michael,

The Matthew Palmer Branch and Details brushes have been developed to work with watercolour. These are synthetic hair which mimics natural hair.

The darker belly hair holds plenty of pigment and water which is filtered down into the longer pale hairs.

This makes the hair very soft  which may make it difficult to use with the heavy Acrylic paint.

    Kind regards
