We agree that, under EU law, you can take at least 7 days from receipt of the goods to decide to keep them, or to return them in as new, unused condition for a full refund.

Our guarantee extends this by offering a full money back guarantee always.

• If you do not like any item that you have bought from us then send it back for a full refund at any time after receipt of the goods.
• If it is broken or damaged we will pay the return postage.
• If you decide you just do not like it, you will need to cover the costs of return postage.
• All refunds will be paid by the same method as we recieve payment.

Any terms and conditions set out on this site will not affect your statutory rights.

Any contracts will be enforsed in accordance with the laws of England.
