Author Biography:
A professional landscape painter since 1982, Joe Francis Dowden is an impressionist realist who has produced some truly wonderful landscapes in watercolour. An inspiring artist, he is encouraging, enthusiastic and renowned for his clever use of light and texture. Joe’s work has featured in magazines and his books have been published throughout the world. He has exhibited in the Mall Galleries at The Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour (RI), The Royal Society of Marine Artists (RSMA) and at other major venues and exhibitions. He is currently exhibiting with the British Modern Masters roadshow which is touring England and Wales.
