A putty rubber can be moulded. It's ideal for picking out highlights and erasing pencil, chalk or charcoal. It's also available in a plastic case.

    These erasers should keep better for being in a case. I usually keep mine in a plastic bag to keep them from going hard. I have covered the hole in the side of the case however as it is the air getting to the putty rubber that makes it go hard. (Posted on 28/09/2012)
