Following the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak earlier this year, we wanted to share an update with you. We’re aware that many of you will still be limiting your social and environmental activities and we wanted to assure you that we’re here to stand beside you and support you during these continually challenging times.
Our priority is to protect our members, customers, artists and staff, and so we continue to operate following extra measures to ensure you and they remain in the best of health. We are following the advice of HM Government and the WHO regarding our workshops, live events and other activities, and will keep you up to date with any developments as soon as possible.
We want to reassure you that you are not alone during these days of uncertainty. Our united love of art and painting is what you can rely on, and we will be doing our utmost to provide you with community, artistic inspiration and resources to combat potentially lonely times for us all.
Stock availability is variable on certain product lines due to the continued impact of the virus at some suppliers. Where stock is unavailable, items will be placed on backorder, and will be sent to you as soon as we receive stock from our suppliers. Our warehouse continues to operate as normal, with orders currently being fulfilled and despatched in good time. UK carriers are still performing well, although there may understandably be a slight delay in some cases. We’ve upgraded our overseas carrier services to combat any delay in shipping, especially into Europe. Please note next day delivery orders must be placed before 2pm.
Throughout these times, be assured that we will be doing all we can to get all orders to you as soon as possible.
SAA Live Workshops
SAA Live Workshops are now running again. We have taken on additional safety measures to ensure that attendees are safe and protected at all times – this includes limiting numbers of participants, clearly defining workstations to prevent any mixing of materials whilst in use, and many other protocols we have put in place to help make your day as enjoyable and as safe as possible.
For full details of your day with us, please click here.
Please note: Nottinghamshire is currently in a HIGH alert area. Whilst this limits social activity in residential homes, it does not prevent us continuing to run our workshops. We know this is a difficult time for everyone, but please don’t worry – we are taking every possible measure to make sure that our workshops are safe, and that participants are protected at all times.
IMPORTANT: We cannot accept attendees who are travelling from a VERY HIGH alert area. Please do not attend the workshop if your location has been identified as a Tier Three very high alert area. To check the situation where you live, click here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-54373904. If this is the case, please call our customer service team on 0800 980 1123 for advice.
If you have booked a ticket for one of our upcoming workshops, but feel unable to join us, please call 0800 980 1123 and speak to one of our customer service team who will be able to talk you through your options. Don’t forget, for SAA members, all our workshops will be streamed live on our website, so you can still participate from home.
