| I met Honeysuckle at the Cats Whisker, a rescue which we support. Although she had only 3 legs she was very active, very curious and very loving. I wanted to take her home but we have already got 8 cats and one of them is sick, so I had to content myself with taking photographs. I liked one of them so much that I decided to attempt a pastel portrait of Honeysuckle using it. I am pleased with the result although the brown colours in her coat were hard to match. As a tribute to a brave little cat I thought it would be nice for others to see her picture. And the best news of all is that she has now found a loving home. |
