| This canvas was painted from memory. It is a route I used to walk from my home in Priory Road to my Grandmother's house in Fieldmore Road. Once a lush copse and lane, it has since been host to not one but two housing estates..... a tiny portion of the area remains in the form of a small farm. I had to immortalise it, the view is from my freind's back yard, which used to open onto the copse, the chickens belonged to her family... very very happy memories..
