Albert's Pan (Op Pabay) (oil on canvas) When one of our fallen heroes is brought home to their family, the base follows a series of procedures to ensure the day runs like clockwork. We call this Op Pabay. It is followed by the famous proud precession thought Wootton Bassett where my own son(12) often honours them with his finest salute representing the Wootton Bassett Sea Cadets. This painting follows a long tradition of Art honouring heroes. Highest quality mounted limited edition signed prints available £75 Albert's Pan Series Fat Albert is the nickname for the Royal Air Force’s C130 Hercules. RAF Lyneham is Home of the Hercules giving the name Albert’s Pan. As an aircraft she’s quite photogenic and as the closure of RAF Lyneham and the service life of the Hercules draws closer, this series (Albert’s Pan) shows her at home.
