| Although I have attempted occasional portraits previously they were not very successful. However as a member of an art group who do monthly themes and critiques, the August was self portrait. So using acrylics which I have begun using more often, I accepted the challenge which has proved successful having a good response from the art group and my family who feel it is a very good resemblence. |
