Does anyone know of any websites that offer photos for artists to use as reference material?

I think the Wet Canvas website has a reference photo section.

Hi Leigh, there are some good photos on www.pdphoto.org nearly all are public domain.

I don't know if this is the kind of thing your are looking for but the SAA now have a 'Photograph' section of the website which is entirely reference-free. Should you wish to take a look at the photo's please see the link below:

Hi Leigh - one excellent site is www.paintmyphoto.ning.com. There are lots of royalty-free photos on there that can be used. Good luck.
