Has any one tried the White knight watercolour paints?
They have a good write up in the catalogue saying they are of excellent quality.
i would like to purchase some but wondered if any one has any experience before i take the plunge , and buy another useless item to join all the others i have???

Hello - I have used White Knight paints for some years. They have improved (or rather declared) their lightfastness ratings - which always worried me in the past. They are luscious colours just full of pigment and excellent value for money. Don`t be afraid to use them.

Yes, I have used White Knights paints for years among other paints and find them very clean and vibrant, mixing well with other watercolour paints too....

Sorry - I have only just picked up your last post; I would advise that you buy one of the White Knight boxes - the SAA catalogue shows them and the prices are very reasonable. You can then refill with individual pans when the existing ones are used up. It is also a good idea (counsel of perfection here!) to make a chart of your paintbox on a piece of paper that fits inside so you know the name of each of the paints - you lose this once you remove the wrapper. Hope you enjoy them - Anne

I love myWhite Knight paints. I also wasn't sure but took the plunge and will never regret it. They are smooth, creamy, luscious intense colours, easy to pick up on your brush and so reasonably priced.I also made a chart of the colours in my box with a splash of colour and the paint name so that I would make no mistakes when ordering replacements.
Hope you are as impressed with them as I am . Happy painting.
