Hi,

I am a newbie on this forum, my Dad signed me up to be a member of the SAA ( I am only 13 ). I hope I have posted this in the right place!
I have started an art blog with some watercolour, pencil sketches and pastel paintings. The blog address is www.clairesartyworld.blogspot.com. I was wondering if anyone out there could go on my blog and comment there?? I created the blog as part of my arts award at school. I really need the comments!!

Hello Clare!

Well done for your Art Blog; I thought your colour mixing feature was excellent and a very useful tool for beginners. Often, I think you have to state the obvious, as it can be like a breath of fresh air to be informed about which colours, blended together form other specific shades.
Will you use other medium's other than Pastel, or is this your "niche"?

Thanks for looking! I'm not sure to be honest about the media thing you were talking about. As I have done a series of pencil sketches on London landmarks. Well 3 so far! One out of the 3 (Big Ben ) is on my blog and I have done the tower of london and bridge, so in really I think its the concentration of pastel vs pencil sketches. I have also done things with watercolour pencils as well, I am a all rounder!!!!!
