I find the new list of clubs very confusing and inaccurate. I am RSC of the Bath and District SAA Group and on the list it shows the group as "Cherry Bath District SAA Group". Why the word "Cherry", which happens to be my name. How does anyone interested in the group contact me?

Secondly, the Bath Society of Artists is listed as being in Wiltshire, which it patently is not. Bath is in Somerset.

Hi Cherry, good luck with sorting these points, I have just been detailing St Albans Art Society, Hertfordshire and found it reasonably ok. My question is whether we can put an image or logo in place of the blank face next to our society, any ideas anybody? Best wishes, Peter Osborne

Hi There,

The way to place a picture next to your details instead of the blank face is to; log in as you would normally and then if you click 'my clubs/ groups' on the left hand side, followed by 'manage information' and then click 'Portrait' this will allow you to place a picture instead of the existing blank face.

Once you have clicked 'portrait' you will be able to 'browse' for a picture of your choice, and as long as the photo does not exceed 600 pixels then it will upload and if you then click 'save' on the far right, you will then have the picture of your choice showing on your web pages.

Ashley, It worked like a charm, revised "portrait" is now in place, actually our exhibition poster. The exhibition opens in St Albans Town Hall on Saturday 30th July 2011.
