Hi David. I'm left handed and right eyed. It made no difference at all and until your post I had never thought about it. All I discovered is that every drawing was just a series of short curves or straight lines that are relevant to the ones next to them and that my eye should dictate to my hand where they should go and not my head. Draw what you see and not what your head is telling you. Do you next drawing upsidedown and you will see what I mean. And then of course the old cliche of the 'more I drew, the better i got' applies. I am guessing that you are under 35 and are therefore part of that generation that had excuses made for them about everything. Before dyslexsia (sp?) became vogue everyone read, before all these "attention deficits" teachers knew how to teach so kids weren't drugged. Refuse to make excuses, refuse to have other people make excuses for you. If you can't do something, that's it finished. Try harder or try something else. All you need for success is desire, enjoyment, dedication and practise (and that applies to everything). So c'mon, get drawing. Regards, Mike
