In the Home shop department, one seems to receive details of their purchases, yet there is no indication of the number of loyalty points one has acquired, which then makes it difficult when like my self, there was no voucher in with purchases and if ordering on line there is no indication of points to use against purchases. Could you please indicate the voucher system points within individual accounts so ordering is possible on line.

Hello yes we want to show the loyalty points on the web, but we are not quite there yet, however they are shown at the bottom of your last invoice and if you wish to use them on the web, put a note in the comments field in the checkout and we will deduct them at the end. you can always call 0800 9801123 during office hours to check you points. hope this helps a bit john

As far as loyalty points go, I think that keeping them the same as the vouchers was a bit poitless. It would be better if a lesser percentage of points was available for orders under and between the main ones - ie for purcheses up to

It would be interesting to see the results of a poll for members on the offering of loyalty points as described in my last message. :D Brian L

Hello Brian, The loyalty points system has been introduced to give a better service to members, so that they do not need to keep, save and send in coupons. We have kept the benefits the same, because we make savings on post and administration when people place larger orders, so we pass this saving on. Lots of small orders are expensive to process. However thank you for your ideas and the marketing team will look at them for the future happy painting John
