Can't register to receive information

(1) Registering to receive information doesn't work. (2) Home Shop search facility. 1. This was a long time problem with the previous web site. Now, entering my email address - the one I have used for registeration, the server returns a lengthy error message. I have copied this to SAA. Wonder if anyone has used this without the problem. 2. Using the search facility for shopping can be a lottery. I wanted a DVD/Book and input the code shown against the item in the 2006 catalogue: MSWMODS1 but this returned "not found". It took a lot of searching but eventually I found it there and an internet order was successful. Unless there is feedback on the problems we experience then they may not get resolved. It is safe to assume there has never been a piece of new software that was without bugs.

I also cannot register to recieve more information and what made matters worse I was told when I phoned up that this site had been on test for two years ( I think not) in fairneess you are a great orginisation and have a first class services hope the "bugs" are sorted soon Colin Ayres

Sorry yes we are still having a few problems and i know they must be driving you mad. I hope that most of the registration problems will be resolved very soon. The site has been in construction for 2 years, no on test for that time. However if you have fought your way through to register it then is much easier to order or post to the forum and use the site. This site is so hard to register or to request a catalogue that I am wondering if you actually want any customers ! Pleas make it simpler to get a catalogue because until I receive the catalogue I will not apply for membership. Thank you.
