Hello Janice, you are awarded loyalty points when you purchase from the SAA shop according to some rules set out in http://www.saa.co.uk/shop/freegift.aspx you can see how many you have by checking your profile in the website and you are offered the chance to use them when you place an order at the checkout. Or you can phone in and use or check them with the phoneshop hope this helps happy painting john
