Sky can sometimes change the channel number for the Information Channel where you can view the Painting & Drawing Channel shows - if 167 does not work please try channel 166. Nadia - SAA

Previously I have had no trouble viewing the painting demos, but all of a sudden, when I click the demos link, all I get is Real Player starting up and a failed notice for the windows media player. Previously the viewing video used to open like a u-tube video. Can anyone help?

I've discovered the trouble has started since I started using Firefox. The videos show in Explorer in a U-tube format. Does anyone know what settings need changing?
