As well as the channel being on Sky, the programmes are available to watch any time on the Painting & Drawing Channel website. We are also planning to launch on FreeSat in the autumn.

When I watch the programmes on the website a little box comes up inviting me to download it. When I click on the box I get a message to say the video can't be downloaded!

Is it me, my computer?

I like to watch programmes that are useful to me lots of times. It is useful to be able to do so when not online.

Any ideas why this happens?
