Hello glad you like the site. SAA vouchers are being replaced by loyalty points to the same value. if you have vouchers you can still use them either by phoning in or posting them. the new points system will show what points you have on your invoice or you can call and ask. they do not yet work on the web site but can be used if you put a note in the checkout to ask us to use any points on your record. we hope to automate this later in the year. happy painting John

I would agree with all of the comments about the new web site being an improvement on the previous one. However, I have attempted many times to upgrade my portrait on my web site, but wiithout success. The system always throws an error message back at me. I have been advised that the technical team are working on it, but I am still trying, and still waiting. It is no great tragedy, so keep up the good work. Thanks to everyone at SAA.

Thanks to our watchful members this problem was spotted and has now been resoloved. we have had a couple of other problems. Web pages are only free and available to registered gold members, in the past the site trusted people to be gold members, it now insists on it, so if your pages are no longer showing, make sure you are a gold member. You can upgrade to gold for a small amount. Names and web addresses. Please make sure that the name you register with and the email address you register are those that you always use. The site will not be able to find you if you confuse it by using different variations on your name or different email addresses and passwords. hope this helps happy painting John

I had been getting the error message described by Erik too but on reading John's reply above decided to have another go at replacing my image with a more jolly one. No error message this time - all seemed to work OK......but no matter how many times I do it my gallery reverts to the old image. Is my grinning visage just too ghastly so the site is protecting itself by rejecting it?
