'Fragmented' presents work from 2nd year BA Fine Art students at Cambridge School of Art, and is the first of two Ruskin Balcony exhibitions by this group of students.
The works in the exhibition are as diverse as the artists themselves; the pieces on display include a wide range of mediums including painting, drawing, site specific, sculpture, film and mixed media work. The diversity of the work demonstrates how each individual's practice has developed and shows students at different stages of the second year, with full and part-time students taking part.
The exhibition is part of professional practice for 2nd year Fine Art students, and they engage in related activities such as the curation, marketing and planning of the exhibition, as well as producing the work within it.
Exhibiting artists include: Toni Anthony, Simon Hush, Mark Bush, Rosemary Cullum, Sophie Dall, Delfina Heskett, Kirsty Davis, Jacky Jones, Tom Juggins, Catherine Lalevee, Jennifer Langdridge, Laurie Straiton and Mohammed Doshmanzari.
