What does RED do on Thursdays? is coming to Otley Courthouse, performed by the international touring company
Thalias-Kompagnons Theatre. The performance is a mix of live visual artwork and theatre, as the actors tell their story whilst simultaneously painting it on a transparent glass screen that spans the stage - all accompanied by the music of Debussy and Ravel.
Thalias-Kompagnons are a German company, and the show was originally in German (Was macht das Rot am Donnerstag?) but has since been translated into both English and French (Que fait le rouge jeudi?), and has toured around the world, performing in Washington, Jerusalem, Okinawa, and Zurich, before coming here to Otley.
The performance is on Thursday 22nd September at 1:30pm, and tickets are £4 for adults, £3.50 for children, and one adult ticket is free per group of ten people. To book, you can call us on 01943 467466, visit our website at
