I placed an order at 10.47am 26.02.08 it was delivered at approximately 9.30am 27.02.08 Although 1 item was O.O.S. a promise to send A.S.A.P was included. On ordering I requested a call regarding the total amount on order and it came almost immediately. Good service I say.

I ordered and paid for paper and a CD last Wednesday afternoon, Aug 13th, and the goods arrived the following morning. You can't ask for better than that.

I have had no problems with any of my orders. They have all been delivered with a few days. I always try to make sure I mention I am disabled and need time to get to the door or I request it left with a neighbour if I do not answer. There are bound to be some problems for some people but nothing is perfect. The SAA do a brilliant job and considering us UK members get free delivery I cant understand why some complain. If you want it on a certain day, pay for the delivery or make sure you get it sent to another address that can receive it for you.

Great job....:)

If you're in most of the time..ok If you're out, work etc...not so good
I have a porch where I ask mailies to leave my packages....Is signature essential?
I think Royal Mail are ideal as they have local depots where you can get your stuff if need be.
I will be coming on board soon when I have weighed up all the pros and cons.
Regards Pauline.

Since I became a member of SAA, I've never had a problem with delivery, and though I sympathize with the first member on this thread, when I'm out the delivery man always tries 2 or 3 houses to leave the package.
Perhaps I'm lucky to have a caring delivery man, but I can't fault the service, and have never waited for more than 2 working days for my orders (which can be large), and I've even had a delivery the next day when I order early in the morning.

I have been a member of the saa for approx 8months, as my friend got me hooked on watercolour painting, as previously I am a designer in making unique pieces of jewellery with tiny seed beads, i've had to use many couriers delivering beads etc, but since beginning of feb,I haven't had any problems with delivery's, my problem has been the length of time from picking the order to delivery can be as long as 5 days.

I recently went to another online art company and I had to pay £5 for next day plus the normal postage so in all it cost about £10. I think we should count ourselves lucky that the saa is giving us free delivery, and most of all loyalty points, as I just spent £60 elsewhere as saa didn't have the items I needed to display my paintings at a local art exhibition.

I love the saa, my art group is going to join the saa for group membership.
