im new and im not really sure how this works, im from melton mowbray in leicestershire and i was wandering if anyone knows any groups near me, i dont get out alot at the moment so i thought id see if i could meet new people while i do my favourite hobby which is painting mostly with acrylic paints. thanks

It is brilliant that you are looking to find your local art groups to attend and the fantastic news is the SAA can offer this service via our website.

If you hover your mouse over the 'Local clubs' tab in red across the top of the page and then click 'Search by Map.' This will allow you to put in your postcode and adjust the distance you are willing to travel and all of your local clubs will appear down the right hand side of the page.

Should you wish to contact them you must be logged into the website and then click on the club and it will display all of their information and then click the 'contact......' button (it will say the name of club next to the word contact). All you need to do is fill in the simple form and then keep checking your emails to see if they respond.
