Hi anyone and everyone, I have had the misfortune of finding one of my recently painted paintings puntured through the canvas.
The work is an abstract and I can figure how to retouch it after removing some varnish. That is O.K. However, I am uncertain on what to use as a glue to fix a patch on the back of the streched canvas to support the tear. The tear happens to be 'L' shaped and not too bad to rematch it.
Would anyone have any idea as to what kind of glue would be the most appropriate? Thank you.
