Thank you for your reply with regard to exhibiting, since I posted my message I have been able to join the Peterborough Art Society. They have two to three exhibitions a year, plus demonstrations each month by different artist so slowly I am getting back into things with my painting and also getting new ideas and ways of painting.
I also read in your profile you paint childrens pictures I also started doing this in a small way and now I have a 3 year old grandson have bought ready printed canvases to paint pictures for him, and this has inspired me to have another go at painting my own childrens pictures again.
