The articles on art history are nothing new. I have numerous books on my shelves where I can find the information printed in 'Paint'. What I am looking for is information on technique, composition, materials etc., methods used by the masters in producing their works. Something more technical should be forthcoming these days. Let's have something useful from art historians not just repeats of what has gone before. Please note, I am not an art historian or I wouldn't be asking.
