This is a reminder of a workshop on Painting a Landscape using Atelier Interactive acrylics on the 24th September 2011. As usual the venue will be at the Sandpiper studio in Ledsham on the Wirral, Cheshire. The studio is set in the beautiful picturesque grounds of 'Foxes Farm & Riding School' on Badgers Rake Lane, South Wirral, CH66 8PF . As usual I will be supplying the drawing boards, palettes, and 300 lbs 640 gsm watercolour paper, I will also bring with me packs of watercolour brushes (see image below) which can be used for washes and detail, but I would recommend you also bring your own acrylic or oil brushes. If you need a supply of Atelier Interactive paints or any other materials please let me know asap and I will order them for you at a discount.
I have attached two links to hotels very close to the Sandpiper Studio for those of you wishing to attend the workshop but live outside of the area. Inglewood Manor actually backs onto the property, The Tudor Rose is a few minutes away by car and is the cheaper of the two.
