In June and early July Rachel Mcnaughton will be running one day painting workshops in Bardsey Village Hall Leeds LS17 9DG. as usual there will be several watercolour days and pastels workshops but this year also a day on mixed media and collage and another on monoprinting in watercolour

Use lots of colour and wet in wet for atmospheric landscape painting
Wed June 22nd Pastels paintalong 10am-3pm £40
Step by step to a pastel landscape. Pastel card provided but please bring your own soft pastels (not oil pastels please!)
Fri June 24th Close focus flowers 10am-3pm £36
Large scale and close up watercolour of a single flower.
Wed June 29th Mixed media and collage 10am-3pm £40
Using watercolour, acrylic and paper collage create your own landscape. ( Acrylics provided to use on the day. Please bring own watercolours, ink, papers etc)
Fri July 1st Pastels workshop 10am-3pm £40
Bring in your own subject and soft pastels for lots of help and advice. Pastel card provided.
Wed July 6th Watercolour Monoprinting 10.30am-2.30pm £36
Take an enlarged photo ( computer/phtotcopy). Place under a sheet of Perspex
( provided). Use watercolour to paint onto the Perspex. Once dry a wet sheet of watercolour paper is pressed onto the Perspex to take a print. Finer detail can be added. No drawing skills required!!
