Pinner Sketch Club 70th Summer Exhibition

Pinner Sketch Club, a modern vibrant art society with a long and illustrious history, celebrates its 70th birthday with a dazzling display of visual art in the centre of Pinner this summer. Highlight of the year is our 70th Summer Exhibition at Pinner Parish Church Hall, Church Lane, at the top of High Street, Pinner, opening Saturday 18 August until Saturday 01 September, 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, 12 noon - 6pm on Sundays. Admission is free. This is a great opportunity to view 200 affordable original paintings and sculpture in a variety of media by talented local artists. Visitors to the exhibition will also have the opportunity to vote for their favourite artwork and enter a raffle to win a members painting.

Complementing the Summer Exhibition is Art in the Village, now in its third successful year. Visitors to Pinner may view the attractive displays of paintings in 15 shop windows from Saturday 04 August to Saturday 01 September. An exciting new addition in our anniversary year is the Mini Summer Exhibition at the atmospheric Attic Gallery, upstairs at Lines, 26 High Street Pinner. Taking place at the same time as the 70th Summer Exhibition it opens from Saturday 18 August until Saturday 01 September, 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, 12 noon - 6pm on Sundays. Admission is free.
Visitors to the Attic Gallery will have the opportunity to view a vibrant selection of approximately 40 small scale original artworks by Pinner Sketch Club members. The Mini Summer Exhibition will be refreshed daily with new works because buyers may take their purchases away with them. With such an exciting variety of artwork to enjoy, Pinner must surely be the number one destination for art lovers this summer.
