An exhibition of contemporary artwork by artist Ann Kopka opens at Pinner's new art gallery 'The Attic' on Saturday 30th June until Thursday 12th July. Established on the upper floor of a seventeenth century building in Pinner's historic High Street, owned by Lines of Pinner, this atmospheric space is making an important contribution to the local art scene as it attracts art lovers from across the region. On show is a selection of Ann's vibrant modern paintings and experimental mixed media artwork. Ann is donating 20% of artwork sales and all the proceeds from sales of her popular art cards to the Pinner Parish Church Restoration Appeal.
Ann Kopka has studied BA Fine Art at Central St Martin's College of Art and Fine Art at the City Lit Institute, London. She also studied The Practices and Debates of Modern Art at the Open University where she graduated with BA Hons First Class. Ann's artwork has been exhibited extensively in galleries and exhibitions across London and further afield for many years.
