Fordingbridge Art Club


Runnymede Art Society
Runnymede Art Society We are a local Art Society based at the Egham Hythe Community Centre Thorpe Road Egham where we meet every Wednesday afternoon 1.30pm- 4.30pm for painting using any medium. Meetings include demonstrations and tutor groups, on an occasional basis, with a programme of outdoor painting during the summer months. We hold two major exhibitions a year usually held in the Literary Institute in Egham High Street. Some of our members will accept commissions. A newsletter is produced in order to keep members updated with information regarding events, news, comment and "committee talk". Membership: New members will be made very welcome and the first two weeks are free as a 'taster'. If you are interested in the many forms of painting or sketching you will find us a very friendly and helpful society. SIDCUP ART CLUB
We are a small, well established very friendly Art Club. We have weekly Thursday evening meetings throughout the year . We enjoy themed evenings which include demonstrations, models and still life set-ups. We also enjoy painting days out during the spring and summer months within the local area. We hold local exhibitions throughout the year. We have a waiting list at present but come and try us out and the waiting could well be worthwhile.

Gadebridge Watercolours
We have 24 members meeting on a Tuesday morning for half a day. We engage visiting artists to expand our groups knowledge and make visits to art galleries on a regular basis.

Brighouse Art Circle
BRIGHOUSE ART CIRCLE is a friendly and active society which would love new members at any time of the year, of any age or abiltiy. The varied programme includes workshops, life models, costume models, demonstrations and exhibitions. In the summer months there are also afternoon outside painting sessions. If you enjoy painting at home, not painted for years, or never painted, why not come along for a cup of tea and chat, you will be made most welcome. Chesterfield Art Club
The Chesterfield Art Club is a friendly, well established club, first set up in 1929. We have a strong membership currently standing at around 75, still with a limited number of places available for new members. No specific qualifications are required to join, just an honest interest in art, and a willingness to get stuck in. The Club meets on the second and fourth Friday of the month at Whitecotes School, Whitecotes Lane, Chesterfield, between 7.30 and 9.30 pm, with occasional gaps in the calendar for holidays. The Club seeks to promote art in an interesting and sociable way, and as such has a full and varied programme of activities throughout the year. The regular Friday meetings alternate between Work nights with the option to work on a shared theme, or do your own thing; Nominated Subject nights, where we all bring in work, done at home to a given theme, for comment and advice; and Demonstrations which are given by visiting professional artists. There are other non-Friday Club activities organised throughout the year varying from outdoor painting sessions, and organised visits, to the annual Club Exhibitions and competitions. Roche Art Group

Formed in 1990, Roche Art Group is an established friendly, relaxed club that meets on Wednesday evenings (7.30pm to 9.30pm) at St Teresas church hall, 109 Ashingdon Road, Rochford, Essex. Monday Painters
The Monday Painters, is a Belfast based Art Group, for art enthusiasts and professional artists alike. The Monday Painters was established in 1957 and has been going for more than 50 years. We meet every Monday from September to April, 7pm-9pm at Ashfield Girls School making use of their dedicated new Art Department. Our annual programme is a mix of; demonstrations/ talks by local artists, discussion of members work, & work nights where we complete paintings on a theme. We currently have 45 members. Wallingford And District Art Club
The club meets in Centre 70, Wallingford every Tuesday evening from 7.30pm to 9.30hr for painting workshops, these provide a meeting place for artist to improve their own standard of work, through practice, mutal support and friendly criticism. Every third Tuesday in the month there are demonstrations or talks by artists of local or national repute, in which they talk about their work and demonstrate their skills and techniques.

Scopwick Millennium Art Group
Scopwick Millennium Art Group is held At Scopwick Village Hall on a Friday morning, from 10am to 12-30pm. Our Current membership is 34. Disabled access is good and parking free.
