Club Name: Wardley Arts GroupA group of amateur but enthusiastic artists who enjoy the company of like minded people and who meet every Tuesday between 12 Noon and 3.00pm. at Wardley Community Centre, Ash Drive, Wardley. All levels welcome.We learn from each other with occasional access to tutors and demonstrators.
Exhibitions
The Wardley Arts group held its annual exhibition in the Gallery at Brunswick House Salford from 3rd to 25th October 2012.
Courtesy of Salford Start who were instrumental in creating the idea of a user led group in 2007. The exhibition was opened by the Ceremonial Mayor of Salford,Councillor Bernard James Lea.
Based in Wardley,Swinton the group comprises members aged 50+ who meet each week for artwork in various media with occasional tutors or demonstrators. Contact is made with other groups associated with Salford Start on a regular basis
