Longridge's Signature Maxi mount cutting system features dual parallelograms with calibrated marking scales. These speed up marking out mount cuts and are indispensable for repeat size projects. It makes long projects, such as panoramic windows, simple to do, but does not limit itself when working on smaller mounts as these can be accommodated at one end of the system.
The blade technology is superior and used surgical quality British steel, rolled, not stamped out, to prevent scuffing. This provides a sharper edge and longer blade life. Dry blades, unlike oiled blades, also eliminate smears on the bevel edge
Signature Maxi system comes in graduating burgundy red and electric blue and can accommodate a maximum length of board cut of 1220mm and a maximum window size with bevel edge cut of 1120mm
Ready to use straight out of the box, the set contains a guide rail with mount stop and 2 pairs of cutter stops, graduated two tone base with squaring facility, 90 degree vertical cutter, 45 degree bevel cutter, marker gauge, 5 4h pencils, 50 Longridge blades, 2 SprintMats, a burnishing bone, a instruction DVD, a tape measure and screwdriver.
