The NEW Pentel Colour Brush range creates beautiful, vivid translucent colours, reminiscent of watercolours.

The colour brushes are versatile, providing a variety of line widths from thin to thick bold strokes. The vibrant colours compliment each other perfectly and when blended together create fantastic results. Once a colour has been laid down it can then be worked into with another colour to create a graduated effect (Colours are best worked into when still wet).

For tonal work the Colour Brushes need to be worked from light to dark. Laying a base colour, letting it dry then adding the same colour over the top will give a darker tone. To lighten the shade, the Colour Brushes can be used with the Pentel Water Brush, this provides a wash effect and can be used to lighten, blend or merge colours.

Available in 12 stunning colours, the Pentel Colour Brushes are valve activated and have a perfectly balanced pen-shaped barrel with cartridge refills available. The brushes themselves are available as individual colour brushes or as two great sets - perfect to get you started!

Set 1 includes the following colours: Black, Lemon, Sky Blue, Sepia & Purple.
