275gsm acid free blocks which have a unique subtle, open texture on this bright white natural paper. From the French word 'Torchon that is associated with a very course linen structure.

The pads are glued around all four edges for flatness when wet. This makes the paper ideal for all types of wet painting techniques such as watercolour, gouache, acrylic and tempera.
