Biography
Sandrine is French and has been living in Southampton since 1994. A life long interest in gardening and a fascination for colour and light has led her to favour botanical subjects.
Sandrine was elected member of the Society of Floral Painters in March 2002 and of the Society of Botanical Artists in March 2008. She is also a tutor for the SBA Distance Learning Diploma Course and the London Art College Home Study Botanical Painting Diploma Course .
Sandrine regularly writes articles for Artists & Illustrators Magazine (more than 40 to date)and was featured on the cover of June 2009.
She is often seen “borrowing” other people's gardens to paint plants that she finds appealing.
