PEARL HAILSTONE 01635 580584

My long time in the West Country taught me to appreciate the changing seasons and the beauty of the natural world. Now that I live in Newbury and am able to fully apply myself to my art I find I am even more inspired by the richness of nature. With the two media I am currently working in watercolour continues to provide me with a medium delightfully suited to the light and atmosphere of my subjects whilst acrylic allows a bold vibrancy and texture which suits the sense of season that I find so exciting.
I continue to exhibit annually with the Tavistock Group of Artists and in the short time that I have lived in this area I have shown my work locally at every opportunity.
