Tuition

I am available for demonstrations, one to one tuition,small group tuition (up to 4)in my home studio and for workshop tuition. I run drawing and painting courses for the local Isle of Wight College.I am available for demonstrations for art groups, societies, WI's and larger groups (I have demonstrated at The Ideal Home Exhibition). I am the Resident Artist for the Art Experiences at Warner Leisure's Norton Grange at Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight and am a 'Leader'for H.F. Holidays, for dates you can either contact H.F. Holidays or myself but all bookings must be made through H.F. Holidays, there are three holiday dates listed for 2012, If you are interested I can help with a ? ?50 off voucher. New for 2012 Painting Holidays on the beautiful Greek Island of Samos June 1st to 8th, 8th to 15th and October 5th to 12th and 12th to 19th. A deposit of 200 euros per person will secure your place on the holiday of your choice just e-mail me requesting the number of places you require and I will e-mail you a Pay-Pal invoice the balance will be payable no later than April 1st 2012.

I can also arrange Painting holidays for painting groups large or small in various European painter's paradises where I can tutor through painting alla prima and in workshops contact me to discuss thoughts and requirements. I now have a wonderful venue in the Perigore region of the Dordogne, the food is second to none and the region is an artists paradise, contact me for more details. Biography

My name is Murray William Cole Ince I am 54 years old and live in Totland Bay here on the beautiful Isle of Wight with Cynthia my wife of 33 years. I was a furniture maker/designer by trade so I had always drawn. Seventeen years ago I put down my tools and picked up a paint brush and have been painting virtually non-stop ever since. I had taught many apprentices in the furniture industry and had taken some coaching courses for youth football and so was used to teaching, after fine tuning my painting skills I took a teaching qualification, did an A level in Art and Design to see art from a student point of view and have been teaching ever since.

I teach for the local Isle of Wight College in the Adult Education department, I also run various painting experiences at Warner Leisure's Norton Grange in Yarmouth, I am the tutor for The Barbara Newman Painting Group that currently meets from 13.00 to 15.00 every Friday, I teach very small groups (3) and on a one to one basis in my home studio by appointment and, finally, I demonstrate various mediums and subjects for art groups. When I'm not teaching I paint designs for the Greetings Card/printing industry for which I am represented by my agents Advocate-Art. When I'm not doing this I paint commissions and for exhibitions. I am a 'Leader for HF Holidays and lead painting holidays. I am a featured artist with Winsor and Newton and a product ambassador. I will be running four painting holidays on the glorious Greek island of Samos in 2012 and will also be running some painting workshops in conjunction with the National Trust on the Isle of Wight in 2012; keep an eye on my tuition listings for further details!
