Tuition
Organises and runs the 'Art Breaks in Yorkshire' art holiday centre from his country cottage home and studio in the delightful Wolds village of Kilham, East Yorkshire. ( The area extensively painted by David Hockney in recent years) With courses available all year round you can select weekend winter breaks or four and five day summer breaks. In addition Tony runs evening courses throughout the winter months at his studio. He highly sought after for his demonstration and workshops given to art societies up and down the country,
as well as the seminars and demonstrations presented for many leading art suppliers and manufacturers.
He has worked with the education authorities in both specialised and mainstream schools developing and assisting students with their artistic potential. He is a tutor for the Open College of the Art, a professional of the SAA. A member of the United Kingdom Pencil Society. Each year he evan be found at the Derwent Pencil museum in Keswick giving workshops with their range of products both established and new. Working and tutoring all media inclusive of Watercolour, Acrylics, Oils, Pastels, Coloured pencils, Inktense pencils and blocks and ArtBars ( a new product to the market).

Biography
Tony Hogan is a respected professional artist, living and working in Yorkshire, England. He has travelled and painted around the world.
From his training in the early sixties at Bradford Regional College of Art he worked commercially for many international organisations before settling in the picturesque and ancient village of Kilham. He is vastley experienced and gives tuition in a wide variety of media, including watercolour, oils, acrylics, pastels, charcoal, ink and pencil.
Tony has been exhibited widely over the years and is pleased to have his works hung in many countries of the world. He has produced work for the Yorkshire Television series " Heartbeat".
He was the first artist of the twenty first century to be in residence at "Burton Agnes Hall ". Is resident artist at the Derwent Pencil Museum in Keswick each year. He has had an exhibition at the National Trust Treasurers house in York and also Gallery 49 in Bridlington. His work is on perminent show at the Wolds Gallery, Kilham, Newquay Fine Arts, in Cornwall, Burton Agnes hall and the Derwent pencil museum. There are two major exhibitions scheduled for 2012 one in May at Gallery 49, Bridlington, followed by a second at the Gallery at the Spa Bridlington in August. He regularly writes articals for trade magazines.
Is tutor for the Open College of the Arts, a professional associate of the Society of all artists and the United Kingdom pencil society .
Exhibitions
Two major exhibitions scheduled for 2012. One for the month of May at Gallery 49 Old Town Bridlington. Then August at the Gallery at the Spa in Bridlington. Permanent exhibitions at Wolds Gallery Kilham East Yorkshire and Newquay Fine Art, Cornwall as well as lots of smaller regional shows.
Also showing at Derwent Pencil Museum, Keswick whilst doing workshops early March and then again end of May 2012.
